Build a real 1-on-1 relationship with a scholar. Guide them through college, internship searches, and career milestones.
Interview Coaching
Lead mock interviews and coding workshops that prepare scholars for competitive roles at top tech companies.

AIT Mentor
Build a meaningful relationship with a scholar and guide them toward a career in tech. Our team provides structure, resources, and support — you bring your experience and genuine care.
- Genuine passion for making a difference in students' lives
- Commitment of at least 2 hours per month throughout the academic year
- Currently working in the technology industry
- Prior mentorship or coaching experience preferred
AIT Technical Interview Coach
Prepare scholars for Software Engineering and Data Science internship interviews through mock interviews and coding workshops. Your technical expertise directly translates to offers at top companies.
- Genuine passion for making a difference in students' lives
- Commitment to lead at least 1 coding workshop (2 hours) per semester
- Commitment to conduct mock interviews (2 hours) per semester
- Experience with technical interviews as a candidate or interviewer
